Assistant Director of Programs (ADP)

The Assistant Director of Programs (ADP), reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED), will oversee a diverse array of programs, ensuring their effective implementation and overall success. The ADP will manage program managers and provide updates to the management regarding progress, performance, and the operational effectiveness of the Resource Centre for Human Rights & Civic Education (CHRICED). This role will focus on facilitating cohesive team management and development, program execution, as well as maintaining quality control and evaluation standards. In this newly created position, the Assistant Director of Programs will assist the ED in overseeing an expanding team and a variety of projects.

Development & Grants Manager (DGM)

Abuja

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development & Grants Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the overall strategy of fundraising, communication, special events, public relations, and donor engagement. Activities to ensure success include executing continuous donor engagement and communications strategies, identifying and securing sponsorships and supporting a robust foundation grant revenue pipeline. This position will work closely with the Executive Director (ED), CHRICED Board and external committees to successfully implement and execute fundraising strategies, events and advocacy efforts.

Media

Open position in our media team

Media Manager (MM)

Abuja

Reporting to the Executive Director, this position leads and coordinates all public/external-facing communication activities to enhance the media visibility for all organizational and programmatic operations of CHRICED. The Media Manager is responsible for planning, delivery and maintenance of all media relations and visibility for CHRICED. S/he also provides training and technical support to all CHRICED staff with responsibility as spokespersons for programs, technical issues and/or representing CHRICED at local and international events. S/he leads the development of media strategy for CHRICED strategic plan and program priorities.
